Along with the left click recognition issue, you cannot left click an icon and immediately drag it somewhere else, all it does is make a square and ask if you want to create a fence along with highlight all of the icons in its path. You cannot double click an icon inside of a fenced area, it will not launch the application it will only hide the desktop.
